Chennai chefs join hands with farmers for organic brunch
Chefs at The Park join hands with local farmers from Nalla Keerai to create an organic brunch, complete with a little pop-up vegetable market. The chefs were delighted with the produce that they started exploring a long-term partnership with Nalla Keerai.
The Park Hotel Chefs offers the city’s first organic brunch, where the recipes are kept simple and traditional, and the focus is on the richness and nutrition levels of the organic produce used.
Nalla Keerai is an organic farming brand that produces natural, pesticide free vegetables, greens and grains. They have partnered with close to 3000 farmers, covering 1.65 lakh acres of farm land for organic produce
